How long does it take to build my Create Garden RoomNormally we get rooms built within 2 weeks. However if there are any other jobs we need to undertake around the property such as Landscaping - Tree Removal - Fence Building the project will likely fall into the 3rd week.

Do I need planning permissionAll our rooms are built within Permitted Development rights so usually you will not need planning. On our free site surveys we will ensure you are within all legal rights and will advise if there are any limits.

Do you take care of the Electrical connection to the property?Yes we do. We work with an Electrical Contractor who undertakes all of our electrical requirements. All our rooms are connected to your property as standard and all prices are included in your quote. Once electrical work is complete you will be issued with all relevant safetly certificates.

Will you organise a Portaloo?Absolutely. All projects undertaken will have a Portaloo on site that gets serviced every 2 weeks.

Will there be a skip?We try to recycle and reuse as many materials as possible although sometimes it's imperitive to have a skip on site to keep things tidy. If there is no space for a skip we will make sure all waste is removed daily and no piles built up.

Will the grass get damaged?Boards are layed on all finished surfaces to protect them. If the surface is grass we will lift boards at the end of a days work to ensure the grass gets a break and can recover.
